Need a quiz funnel built inside of webflow

The quiz will..

• Ask 10 questions

• Have logic conditioning (will say the lead can't continue the quiz if making a unqualified selection, but won't close out the quiz)

• Have quiz response auto submit and go to next question once an option is selected

Also need the responses to be mapped and fired via webhook into GHL

Alternatively, I want to test out different verbiage in the quiz funnel as well, if you know how to anchor a specific text with a dynamic value that way it can be easily changed that'd be perfect.

I have a competitor's to model off of
