We are Ten13, a venture capital firm looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Web Designer/Developer to take our digital presence to the next level. We require a professional to build a high-performance, aesthetically precise website using Webflow, utilizing Relume for efficient wireframing and structural layouts.

This is not just a build-and-handover project. We are looking for a long-term partner who can handle the initial development and provide ongoing maintenance to ensure our site remains optimized for search engines (SEO + GEO).

Project Scope

​

Phase 1: Architecture & Design

​

Import and customize wireframes using the Relume Library to ensure rapid, standardized, and clean class naming conventions.

​

Translate design concepts into a fully responsive, pixel-perfect Webflow site.

​

Phase 2: Development & Launch

​

Full-stack development within Webflow (CMS setup, interactions, animations, and integrations).

​

Phase 3: Optimization

​

Technical SEO: Clean code structure, schema markup, and speed optimization.

​

Phase 4: Ongoing Maintenance

​

Regular updates, bug fixes, and performance monitoring.

​

Iterative improvements based on analytics.

​

Key Responsibilities

​

Build: construct the site architecture using Relume components and Webflow best practices (Client-First system preferred).

​

Optimize: Implement robust SEO and GEO strategies to improve visibility and ranking in target markets.

​

Maintain: Serve as our go-to technical partner for monthly updates, landing page creation, and health checks.

​

Collaborate: Work closely with our team to align the website functionality with our brand goals.

​

Required Skills & Qualifications

​

Expert-Level Webflow: Proven experience building complex, high-end commercial websites.

​

Relume Proficiency: Must be experienced in using Relume for wireframing and component management.

​

Full-Stack Design Capabilities: Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, and layout alongside technical development.

​

Communication: Excellent English communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
