Scope of Work

Core Automation (Make.com)

Watch rows in Google Sheets where status = Ready to Generate

Send up to 10 rows at a time to ChatGPT API using our master prompt

Parse JSON and map to Webflow CMS

Publish live articles and update Sheet with status and URL

QA Step

Before publishing, run a second API call that checks each article for:

Word count between 1,200–1,600

Meta title under 60 characters and meta description under 155

[FORM — TOP], [FORM — MIDDLE], [FORM — BOTTOM] markers present

CTA and mission footer present

3 or more internal links

Valid JSON-LD and proper Markdown structure

If QA passes → publish

If QA fails → mark the row “QA Fail”, log issues, and send Slack or email alert.
