Description of role:
We are looking for a Web Designer to create amazing engaging user experiences on the Webflow platform. Someone who can deliver well designed brand targeted websites for a variety of customers. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean, artful, organized web design. They should have superior user interface design skills. A successful candidate will be able to transform client ideas into beautiful, intuitive, and functional designs. This person has loads of skill and passion and knows what it takes to build a brand's digital image. Your designs should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into digital design. If you can communicate well and work methodically, we’d like to meet you.
Responsibilities:
• Handle the initial design/development of client websites
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off
• Conceptualize original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex roadblocks
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas
• Establish and uphold design guidelines, best practices and standards
• Do day-to-day maintenance of all new and existing client sites
Requirements:
Must be ORGANIZED, dedicated, willing to learn, and a kickass UI/UX designer with a solid foundation in basic web development principles.
