Web Designer

We are looking for a Web Designer who will be responsible for creating great website designs for exceptional companies. Primary duties include conceptualizing and implementing creative ideas for websites, as well as creating visual elements.
Responsibilities:
• Design Exceptional Websites
• Create modern, clean, and user-centered website designs in Figma that reflect client needs and industry best practices.
• Develop design concepts, wireframes, and prototypes that can be seamlessly translated into Webflow or other platforms.
• Lead Design Direction
• Establish clear design directions by understanding brand guidelines, user personas, and project goals.
• Provide thoughtful solutions for user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) challenges.
• Create Style Guides and Design Systems
• Develop and document style guides, design systems, and reusable components for clients to ensure visual consistency.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth design-to-development handoff.
• Collaborate in a Creative Team Environment
• Work closely with project managers, developers, and fellow designers to bring projects from concept to completion.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and innovative design solutions.
• Contribute to Internal and Client Projects
• Design internal projects, such as company marketing materials, landing pages, and brand assets.
• Offer design support for Webflow projects and other no-code/low-code platforms as needed.
• Stay Curious and Continuously Learn
• Keep up with the latest web design trends, tools, and UX/UI best practices to enhance your skills and bring fresh ideas to the team.
• Share knowledge with teammates and seek opportunities for professional growth.
