Web Development Expert

Wonderist Agency seeks an experienced Webflow Developer to lead the design and development of complex websites. You will establish and implement development standards, architectural patterns, and technical strategies to enhance our Webflow capabilities.

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of Webflow site architecture, CMS relationships, and complex interactions. Experience with Lumos, Client-First, Finsweet, and other Webflow frameworks is essential. The ability to mentor junior developers and lead web development initiatives is also required.

Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and implement development standards, architectural patterns, and technical strategies to enhance our Webflow capabilities
• Lead the design and development of complex websites, tackling our most challenging projects and overseeing junior developers' work
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and help team members grow their skills
• Develop reusable components, establish site architecture, and implement custom code solutions that exceed client expectations
Requirements:
• 3+ years developing advanced websites in the Webflow content management system
• Expert knowledge of Webflow site architecture, CMS relationships, and complex interactions
• Advanced experience with Lumos, Client-First, Finsweet, and other Webflow frameworks
• Comprehensive understanding of other content management systems (CMS) with the ability to migrate from systems such as WordPress, SquareSpace, Duda or Wix
• Experience mentoring junior developers and leading web development initiatives
Preferred Qualifications:
• Leadership experience in high-volume web development within an agency setting
• Advanced digital marketing expertise (including technical SEO, conversion optimization, analytics implementation, and marketing automation)
• Expertise in advanced animations using GSAP, Lottie, or similar technologies
• Strong UX/UI design background with the ability to translate business requirements into effective user experiences
• Knowledge of dental industry or dental services
