We're looking for a Product Designer to join our User Expansion team within our Collaborate pillar. This designer will drive discovery, research, and ideation, partnering closely with product management and engineering to propose and drive exciting new product opportunities.
About the Role:
• Design exceptional end-to-end customer experiences based on qualitative and quantitative data to drive customer and business outcomes.
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering to explore problem spaces and identify potential solutions.
• Regularly engage with customers to develop a thorough understanding of their needs and pain points.
• Proactively collaborate with other teams to untangle technical and user experience dependencies.
• Delve into emerging technologies like AI to unlock creativity, accelerate progress, and amplify impact.
