Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Webflow Designer to elevate our front-end user experience and meaningfully improve our top-of-funnel conversion rates. To accomplish this, you will collaborate directly with our SVP of Growth to create engaging, data-driven designs, and then implement / iterate on them within the Webflow platform with a keen eye towards leveraging experience within the UX / UI world to create these experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design pages using the Webflow platform geared toward maximizing form submissions and overall conversion rates.
• Design and translate Figma files into responsive Webflow websites that meet performance, accessibility, and aesthetic standards.
• Connect Webflow projects with no-code tools such as Zapier and Airtable, along with APIs and Webhooks, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
• Maintain clear documentation of all processes, workflows, and integrations to ensure long-term maintainability and scalability.
• Work with direct manager and proactively propose new features, optimizations, and design improvements backed by information and data such as user research, testing, and CRO best practices.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Webflow Expertise: Proven experience building and maintaining Webflow sites (portfolio required) with a strong sense of design and best practices.
• UX/UI Proficiency: Background in crafting user-friendly, high-converting interfaces; adept at using Figma.
• No-Code/Low-Code Tools: Familiarity with Zapier, Airtable, or similar platforms for automation and data flow.
• APIs & Webhooks: Proficient in working with APIs and Webhooks for seamless integrations.
• Data-Driven Mindset: Familiarity with user testing methods (e.g., heatmaps, session recordings, surveys) for data-driven design.
• Team Collaboration: Comfortable collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and design; can independently contribute ideas and approaches.
• Agile Mindset: Able to manage multiple projects, adapt quickly, and drive iterative changes based on performance data.
Preferred Qualifications:
• CRM Experience: Experience working with CRM and customer engagement platforms to manage lead capture, nurturing, and data integrations.
