About the Role We're looking for a Junior Web Developer with a strong understanding of Webflow to help maintain and improve the Signals website. This is a hands-on opportunity for a student or early-career web designer/developer to gain real-world experience in a growing B2B tech company. You'll work closely with our design and marketing teams to make visual updates, improve site performance, and ensure a consistent, high-quality web experience. Key Responsibilities Make updates to the Signals website using Webflow, including layout, copy, interactions, and CMS content Collaborate with design and marketing to implement new pages, campaign assets, and A/B tests Maintain visual consistency, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility standards Help improve site performance (speed, SEO basics, UI fixes) Document and streamline internal processes for making website changes What We're Looking For Basic proficiency in Webflow (you've built your own site or managed a Webflow project) Familiarity with responsive design, layout systems, and content structure Eye for clean design and UX best practices Bonus: understanding of basic SEO, HTML/CSS, or Figma handoffs Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and grow in a fast-paced startup environment Why Join Us?
