You’ll be working alongside me — I’m handling the full Make.com automation system, including bookings, follow-ups, payment tracking, and CRM. Your job is site-side only: helping us build a website that connects seamlessly to the automation system.

Integrates with Revolut Pro for payments (instead of Stripe)

Maintains a professional, streamlined experience from enquiry to confirmation

Fields: Name, Email, Phone, Consultation Type (dropdown), “Where did you hear about us?”, Notes

Stored in Airtable or Google Sheets

Step 2: Auto Email Based on Consultation Type

Includes consultation info, cost, and a "Book Now" link

Step 3: Booking Page

Accessed via homepage, email, or booking page

Shows limited calendar availability only

Booking form gathers deeper background info

Allows Zoom/in-person toggle

Triggers confirmation email

Step 4: Payment Integration

€50 deposit collected via Revolut Pro

Follow-up automation for remaining balance (optional)

Step 5: Confirmation Email

Tailored to the session type

Includes data sheet, assessment (if needed), payment details, and Zoom/in-person info

Step 6: 48-Hour Reminders

Email and SMS sent automatically

Step 7: CRM/Record Tracking

All enquiries and bookings logged in Airtable or CRM

The client wants a cleaner, more modern site with:

Stronger visual branding and clearer structure

Embedded or linked video content

Testimonials and reviews displayed more prominently

Improved layout and easier navigation

Smooth integration of booking and enquiry flows

Better visibility of social channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)

If redesigning in WordPress is the better fit, we’re open to using a new theme. But if Webflow offers a better front-end experience and easier integration, we are open to migrating — as long as SEO and domain authority are fully preserved.
