Part-time UX & SEO Designer/Developer
We’re Attack!, a nationally recognized experiential marketing agency, and we’re looking for a highly skilled Webflow designer/developer to support us on a part-time, ongoing basis.
We need someone who can jump into our existing Webflow site, improve the UX, build out custom landing pages, create CTA funnels, and optimize for performance and SEO. This is a hands-on, collaborative role — perfect for someone who understands how to blend design, function, and conversion.
What You’ll Work On:
Improving the current website’s structure and visual UX
Designing and developing new Webflow pages and landing pages
Creating clear CTAs, lead gen forms, and user flows
Optimizing for SEO, speed, and mobile responsiveness
Collaborating with our internal marketing team on page goals and wireframes
Occasional A/B testing or layout experimentation
Who You Are:
A Webflow expert with a strong portfolio of completed builds
A designer who understands UX best practices and modern UI aesthetics
Comfortable using Webflow CMS, animations, and interactions
Able to think like a marketer and design for conversion
Experienced with basic SEO principles and page performance tools
Clear, prompt communicator with availability during US time zones
First milestone: review existing site and implement initial UX improvements + 1 landing page
Bonus If You Have:
Experience working with marketing/advertising agencies
Knowledge of GA4, Figma, and heatmapping tools
Interest in experiential or field marketing
To Apply:
Send 2–3 examples of Webflow builds you’ve done, especially those with a strong UX or lead generation focus
