Web Designer (Webflow) – Website Audit + Redesign Implementation

About the Role

birthFUND is seeking a detail-oriented Web Designer with Webflow expertise to support a website refresh grounded in a recent in-depth audit. The primary goals are to improve visibility and clarity of our impact, elevate our primary call to action (start a funding circle), and ensure a more intuitive and compelling user experience across the site.

Scope of Work

Update site architecture to include new pages or navigation for:

Impact Report

About Midwifery

Events

Elevate the Funding Circle CTA, ensuring it's easy to find, well framed, and woven throughout relevant pages

Revise homepage to:

Include impact stats, partner recognition (The Victoria Project & Birth Center Equity), and refined messaging around midwifery

Replace stock images with brand-aligned photography if possible

Add context to the donation page with impact tiers and circle CTA

General design + content updates:

Add missing partner logos

Implement small copy changes (e.g., consistent "U.S." usage)

Remove periods from all headlines

Improve storytelling and copy hierarchy across About Us and other key sections

Add/edit content blocks:

Funder carousel

Testimonials and video assets

Moving ticker and animated data graphics

Collaborate with internal team to integrate new strategic content including educational assets, social posts, and campaign materials

Ideal Candidate

Strong Webflow proficiency

Eye for UX/UI that supports nonprofit storytelling and fundraising

Comfortable working with brand assets, visual updates, and basic copy edits

Able to work quickly and thoughtfully within an evolving scope, with clear communication and fast turnaround

Timeline: Immediate start, with key updates needed by mid-July 2025
