Job Description:

We’re looking for a skilled Webflow developer with strong experience in Supabase and Make.com to help us build a fully functional niche job board. The site is partially built but currently lacks real-time sync, backend integration, and a professional frontend.

You’ll be responsible for taking this across the finish line—connecting the frontend (Webflow) with the backend (Supabase), and wiring it all together with Make.com to create a dynamic, scalable experience for both job seekers and employers.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and build a clean, professional frontend in Webflow

Structure and implement a backend database using Supabase

Set up Make.com workflows to sync data between Webflow CMS and Supabase (e.g. job posts, applications, edits, etc.)

Ensure real-time functionality and smooth UX across the site

Conduct testing and QA to prepare the site for launch

Ideal Candidate:

Proficient in Webflow (especially Webflow CMS and responsive design)

Strong experience with Supabase (Postgres setup, RLS, Auth)

Confident building automations in Make.com (webhooks, data syncing, error handling)

Bonus: Experience building job boards, marketplaces, or SaaS MVPs

Clear communicator, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented
