Webflow Specialist/Designer | Hourly Work

Job Description:

We are a growing digital marketing agency looking for an experienced Webflow Specialist/Designer to join us on an hourly basis for new website builds and change requests to existing Webflow sites.

This is a potential long-term opportunity as we regularly have Webflow projects in our pipeline.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Webflow (design + build).

• Strong portfolio — please include samples of your previous Webflow work.

• Deep understanding of modern web design best practices (responsive design, UX/UI, site performance).

• Highly responsive in communication — we value fast and clear updates.

• Ability to work independently. (No agencies or outsourcing — we want to work directly with you.)

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

• Must not have a workload that will compromise the quality of work and responsiveness.

Compensation:

• This is an hourly position.
