Healthcare Template Creation & System Tagging Expert

WANTED: WEBFLOW DESIGNER TO REVOLUTIONIZE HEALTHCARE WITH CUSTOM TEMPLATES

Most dev jobs are predictable. You build another SaaS dashboard, optimize features no one uses, and spend more time in meetings than creating.

At Etho, that ends now.

We’re building the world’s first agentic AI platform for healthcare practitioners—technology that takes a practitioner’s idea and, within 60 minutes, researches, writes, builds, deploys, and measures a campaign. Our mission: eradicate disease, not just improve healthcare incrementally.

Why Webflow?

Our stack is designed for rapid, no-bullshit execution. Webflow gives us the power to launch beautiful, performant sites and landing pages without endless design cycles.

What does this mean for you?

You’ll use Webflow’s visual design tools, API, and CMS to build and customize healthcare websites and landing pages.

Instantly spin up new practitioner sites, update content, and sync data from anywhere—without manual intervention.

Use Webflow’s CMS to create dynamic, easily updatable content for doctors, clinics, and healthcare campaigns.

Build, test, and iterate on templates visually, so you can focus on solving real problems and helping practitioners make an impact.

What You’ll Build

Custom Webflow templates (2 primary funnels, duplicated for a LIGHT and DARK theme, total of 4) for healthcare practitioners, clinics, and campaigns.

Templates that are modern, responsive, and optimized for rapid deployment.

Designs that include appointment booking, doctor profiles, and dynamic content powered by Webflow CMS which we have provided for you, all you need to do is build it and create a tagging system for the elements to be used in n8n.

Landing pages and multi-page sites that are easy to update and ready for scale.

Milestone 1: Webflow Build-Out from Provided Designs $100

Import the finalized designs into Webflow, ensuring pixel-perfect translation.

Structure all pages and sections as per the provided Figma or design files.

Apply consistent class naming conventions and organize the style guide for easy maintenance.

Milestone 2: Tagging System Implementation $100

Create a CMS collection for tags and implement a multi-reference field to associate tags with relevant content or components (e.g., practitioner profiles, blog posts, or other dynamic elements).

Ensure tags are visually displayed and filterable, following best practices for tag display (such as using spacers or separators between tags).

Assign semantic HTML tags to all elements for accessibility and SEO, using Webflow’s settings panel to set tags like header, section, article, etc..

Milestone 3: Documentation & Handoff $100

Document the tagging system and class structure in a centralized style guide page within the Webflow project.

Provide clear written instructions (and optional video walkthroughs) on how to add, edit, and manage tags, as well as how to maintain semantic structure and naming conventions.

Complete a final QA review to ensure all elements are tagged, documented, and ready for client handoff.
