Expert Coach for Live Support Sessions

We're looking for a Webflow expert to provide live coaching and support to a beginner who is building their first Webflow website.

The website is a simple 3-page build (homepage, about page, contact page) for our web development studio, Full Stack Studio.

This is not a full site build role. Instead, you’ll be helping our junior team member learn Webflow by jumping on Zoom screen-sharing calls 2–3 times per week (30–60 minutes each). They'll come to each session with a list of questions and roadblocks, and your job is to guide them through how to solve those issues.

You’ll help with:

Troubleshooting layout and design problems

Teaching Webflow best practices (class naming, responsiveness, layout structure)

Answering questions and giving clear explanations so they learn to do it themselves

What we’re looking for:

Solid experience with Webflow (please include links to past projects)

Clear communication and a patient teaching style

Comfortable working via Zoom and screen sharing

Ideally some tutoring or mentoring experience (not essential)

Availability for Zoom calls during NZ-friendly hours (UTC+12)

The goal is to help them complete this first site and build the skills to handle future client projects. If it works well, we may look to keep you on as a mentor across future jobs.

To apply, please include:

A quick intro to your Webflow experience

Portfolio links to Webflow sites you’ve built

Your availability for Zoom sessions (include your time zone)

Any experience mentoring or teaching others (if applicable)

Thanks!
