I’m the founder of Surya Prana Nutrition, a UK-based wellness brand rooted in Ayurveda and modern science. I’m looking to create a beautiful, branded dosha quiz that helps people discover their Ayurvedic type (Vata, Pitta, Kapha) and receive personalised wellness guidance via email.

I’d love someone to build this quiz for me using Typeform, Interact, or a similar platform, then embed it into my Webflow site, and connect it with ActiveCampaign so it can send automated follow-up emails based on the user’s result.

Build a 7–10 question quiz (based on my provided questions and results)

Create 3–5 result pages (Vata / Pitta / Kapha or mixed types)
