Landing Page Optimization & Google Ads Specialist

I need an expert to diagnose why a key keyword has Quality Score 5/10. Expected CTR is above average, but Ad relevance and Landing page experience are below average. The landing page is built in Webflow and converts well. I do not want any copy changes or redesign. I suspect cookie consent banner behavior and or GTM scripts, fonts, and mobile performance are contributing, but I want proof and a clear fix plan. I may implement the changes myself.

What you will do

  1. Google Ads diagnosis for Ad relevance

Review the target keyword set, match types, and Search terms. Identify why Ad relevance is below average and provide specific actions to fix it without changing landing page text. Focus on match type strategy, negatives, and ad group structure.

  1. Landing page experience diagnosis

Identify technical and UX factors hurting landing page experience on mobile. You must identify the LCP element and explain why it is late, even if it is text. Analyze fonts, render blocking resources, main thread work, Webflow scripts and interactions, and third party scripts.

  1. Controlled isolation tests

Run tests with GTM blocked or disabled and with the cookie consent banner blocked or disabled, and quantify the impact on LCP, INP, CLS and overall load behavior. Identify the exact scripts or tags responsible when possible.

Deliverables

A concise written report that includes

Before results from PageSpeed Insights and Lighthouse (mobile and desktop)

Isolation test results with deltas for GTM and cookie consent

A ranked list of the top issues and why they matter

A step by step remediation checklist I can follow, including exactly where to make changes (Webflow settings, custom code, GTM container, consent platform settings, Google Ads settings)

Recommendations for cookie banner keep and reconfigure vs replace, including lighter alternatives if replacement is advised, and the tradeoffs

Walkthrough

A short Loom video explaining findings and the recommended fixes.
