Position Overview

​

We’re looking for a creative and technically skilled Web Developer and/or Designer with experience in Webflow (or similar platforms) who’s eager to take their development/designer skills to the next level. This role will focus on building and maintaining the Fractrade website and web applications, leveraging Nordcraft, Xano, and other no-code/low-code technologies to deliver seamless user experiences.

You’ll collaborate closely with our Director of Product Development to translate brand concepts into functional, high-performing web experiences — and have the opportunity to experiment, learn, and grow in new technologies that bridge the gap between design and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, update, and maintain Fractrade’s Webflow and Nordcraft-based websites and applications

• Implement responsive, visually polished designs with a strong focus on performance and UX

• Integrate front-end interfaces with back-end data through tools like Xano or external APIs

• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and leadership to develop creative web solutions

• Maintain and document workflows, site structure, and technical processes

• Optimize SEO, accessibility, and site analytics tracking

• Contribute ideas for improving functionality, automation, and user engagement

Qualifications

​

Required:

• Proven experience building websites in Webflow (or similar platforms like EditorX, Wix Studio, or Bubble)

• Some understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript fundamentals

• Eye for clean design and usability

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Position open to candidates based in the United States.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with Nordcraft, Xano, or no-code/low-code ecosystems

• Experience integrating APIs or dynamic content

• Knowledge of web performance optimization, accessibility standards, and SEO best practices

• A portfolio demonstrating past work and creative projects
