Key Responsibilities:

• Translate Figma designs into fully functional, pixel-perfect, and responsive websites using Webflow. This is a core function, requiring high fidelity to the original design across all breakpoints.

• Implement engaging animations, transitions, and interactions within Webflow, using your expert judgment to determine the most effective, tasteful, and performant applications that enhance the user journey.

• Build, structure, and manage website content effectively using the Webflow CMS.

• Optimize websites for maximum speed, performance, and efficient loading times.

• Implement on-page SEO best practices during the Webflow development process.

• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to understand design intent, ensure technical feasibility, and guarantee accurate implementation.

• Conduct rigorous testing and quality assurance across various browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).

• Perform ongoing maintenance and updates for existing Webflow websites as required.

• Troubleshoot and efficiently resolve any technical issues related to Webflow site functionality, performance, or responsiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience building professional websites directly within Webflow – a strong portfolio showcasing live Webflow projects is essential.

• Demonstrable, high proficiency in translating Figma (or similar design tool like Sketch, Adobe XD) mockups and prototypes into fully realized, accurate Webflow sites.

• Solid understanding of semantic HTML, modern CSS (including Flexbox and Grid), and core responsive web design principles.

• Proven ability to implement custom interactions and animations using Webflow's native tools.

• An exceptional eye for visual detail, ensuring layout, typography, spacing, and design consistency are meticulously maintained.

• Ability to exercise sound judgment regarding the application of animations and interactions – knowing what adds value versus what is distracting or unnecessary.

• Proficiency working with the Webflow CMS for dynamic content management.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical challenges independently.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly when working with design teams to interpret requirements and provide feedback.
