We're looking for a talented Figma designer to join our core team and become our Webflow specialist through comprehensive paid training.

• Create scalable design systems and templates across niches

• Progress from designer to full Webflow developer over 6-12 months

We're Looking For:

• Figma skills (design systems, components, auto-layout)

• 2+ years of web/UI design experience with strong portfolio

• Clean, systematic approach to file organization and naming

• Understanding of responsive design and grid systems

• Experience with design handoffs and developer collaboration

• Strong typography and layout fundamentals

• Good English communication for team collaboration

• No Webflow experience required - we'll teach you everything!
