Project Overview:

We are seeking a certified Webflow designer to adapt the Webflow Bastion theme in our existing Webflow account for a wellness vacation rental website. Our goal is to create a warm and welcoming online presence that promotes wellness, mindfulness, and nature, aligning with Bastion’s aesthetic for vacation accommodations. We will provide all content, including images and copy, and need you to customize seven pages within the theme. No new page templates are required, though minor customizations (e.g., layout tweaks, styling adjustments) may be needed to fit our brand and content.

Scope of Work:

•Theme Adaptation: Work within our Webflow account to customize the Bastion theme (purchased and set up), a template designed for short-stay vacation rentals with a focus on luxury retreats.

• Pages to Customize: Update the following pages with our provided content (images and copy):

1. Property - Showcase our property with effective image implementation.

2. Wellness - Highlight wellness offerings

3. Concierge - Detail curated guest services.

4. Locale - Curate local restaurants, cafes, and activities in Blue Ridge, GA.

5. Reviews - Display guest testimonials.

6. Journal - Adapt for blog-style content about the retreat experience and wellness best practices.

7. Contact - Include our contact details and a simple form.

• Content Integration: Incorporate our pre-prepared images and copy into the Bastion theme, ensuring a seamless fit with its earthy, cozy design.

• Customizations: Apply minor adjustments (e.g., color tweaks, font styling, spacing) to align with our brand, using Bastion’s existing structure. No new page templates are needed, but flexibility within the theme’s framework is key.

• Responsiveness: Ensure the site is fully responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile, leveraging Bastion’s built-in capabilities.

• Collaboration: Work with us to review drafts and make revisions based on feedback, ensuring the final site matches our vision.

Deliverables:

• A fully customized Bastion-based website in our Webflow account, live and polished, with all seven pages updated.

• A brief handover document or call explaining how to manage content updates moving forward (e.g., CMS usage if applicable).
