I have a Webflow eCommerce project that includes a date picker. The user selects the start and finish date for the service they purchase and get billed depending on how many weeks of service they buy.

I've added custom fields on the checkout page for the user to confirm their Service Start Date and Service End Date. However, when a confirmation email is sent (to the customer and site admin), the fields are labeled address_city and address_state. See attached screenshot.

I need a freelancer who knows how to update the field labels so they say Start Date and End Date.
