Real Estate Lead Capture Site Designer
Description:
I'm looking for an experienced Webflow designer/developer to build a conversion-focused, 1-page website for my new real estate seller lead platform, Sunny Porch.
Sunny Porch is a friendly, local-feeling brand that helps homeowners explore selling their homes by connecting them with trusted real estate agents or cash buyers.
This is NOT a complicated website — it’s a simple lead generation page focused on:
Helping homeowners take the "first step" toward selling
Capturing their information through a short form
Allowing real estate agents and investors to sign up as partners
Scope of Work:
Build a 1-page responsive Webflow site (mobile + desktop)
Design based on provided brand direction (friendly, local, clean, simple)
Create a smooth-flowing page structure:
Hero section with CTA
Seller intake form
How It Works section (3 simple steps)
Partner signup form
About section (short)
Trust footer with basic disclaimers
Integrate forms to send submissions to our CRM (or at minimum email notifications)
Basic on-page SEO setup (title tags, meta descriptions, alt tags)
Deliverables:
Fully functioning Webflow 1-page website
Connected forms (Seller + Partner Intake)
Responsive across mobile, tablet, and desktop
Site ready to go live by May 10, 2025
(Optional, bonus) Basic CMS setup for future expansion if easy
Ideal Candidate:
Strong Webflow portfolio (please include links)
Experience building lead-generation-focused sites (preferably real estate or service-based businesses)
Understands conversion principles — clean layouts, clear CTAs, minimal distractions
Strong communicator, fast turnaround (project needs to move quickly)
Friendly and professional — this brand is warm, not corporate
Timeline:
Hire by April 29–30, 2025
Draft site review by May 5, 2025
Final site launch by May 10, 2025
