About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and strategic Web Design & Brand Experience Manager to lead the development of multiple brand websites, primarily built on Webflow. These sites will showcase innovative CPG products across cannabis, hemp, shrooms, and alternative wellness categories. The ideal candidate is both a creative web designer and a conversion-focused thinker—someone who can deliver beautiful, intuitive websites that drive engagement, sales, and brand equity. This is a 40hr/week contract-to-hire position.

What You’ll Do:
• Oversee the end-to-end creation of product and brand websites, primarily on Webflow.
• Develop and implement UX/UI design strategies to ensure intuitive, engaging user experiences.
• Optimize websites for performance and conversion (CRO), including A/B testing, funnel optimization, and data-driven design improvements.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and product teams to align digital experiences with brand strategy and campaigns.
• Maintain consistent brand identity across multiple digital properties.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in e-commerce, CPG, cannabis/hemp, and alternative wellness.
• Manage timelines, priorities, and resources for multiple concurrent web projects.

What We’re Looking For:
• 3+ years of experience in web design, digital product management, or e-commerce brand site development.
• Proficiency with Webflow and a solid understanding of modern web development principles.
• Strong UX/UI design background with an eye for clean, conversion-focused design.
• Experience with CRO tactics, analytics platforms, and testing frameworks.
• Background in CPG brand websites, e-commerce, or direct-to-consumer (DTC) businesses.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Bonus: Passion for or experience in cannabis, hemp, shrooms, nootropics, or alternative wellness industries.
