I run a growing digital marketing and web agency and I am looking for a reliable Website Maintenance Virtual Assistant to manage ongoing updates for client websites.

This role is straightforward, recurring, and process driven. The most important qualities are responsiveness, clear communication, and taking ownership of tasks.

You will start by managing 3 client websites, with more clients added over time based on performance.

Responsibilities

​

• Upload blog posts provided by clients via Slack or Notion

​

• Make CMS updates and content changes

​

• Update task status and progress for clients in the client portal

​

• Fix basic technical issues and errors in Webflow, Shopify, and WordPress

​

• Make minor design or development changes such as text, images, sections, and layout tweaks

​

• Handle routine website maintenance tasks including plugin updates, image formatting, and basic troubleshooting

​

• Communicate clearly and professionally with regular progress updates

​

This is not a heavy workload. Tasks are simple and repeatable, but speed and reliability matter.
