SEO & UX Optimization Specialist
Description:
We’re MMARA, a women’s health startup focused on early detection and prevention of hair loss. We’re looking for a Webflow expert with strong development skills and UI/UX experience to help us optimize our site, www.themmara.com, for both performance and visibility.
This is a one-time project with the potential for future collaboration. We’re not looking for a monthly retainer – just someone who can execute a full optimization pass.
Goals of This Project:
Improve loading speed and user experience
Strengthen SEO (technical and on-page)
Enhance visual appeal and functionality to reduce bounce and improve conversions
Ensure we're better positioned against competitors (our current domain authority is 8 vs. other competitors with 70+)
Top Priorities Based on Audit:
Fix site performance issues (caching, image compression, text compression)
Clean up and enhance SEO (unique meta titles, descriptions, tags, H1 structure, and sitemap.xml)
Optimize for search (both organic and paid)
Improve mobile responsiveness and engagement
Add functionality or design elements that make the experience more intuitive and scroll-worthy
What We’re Looking For:
Proven Webflow developer with UI/UX chops
Strong experience with technical and on-page SEO
Ability to audit current design and suggest user-centered improvements
Experience with healthcare, wellness, or e-commerce sites is a plus
Deliverables:
Fully optimized, fast-loading Webflow site
Completed technical SEO improvements
Updated sitemap and metadata
Design improvements with UX in mind
A short post-project summary of what was done and what else we could consider long term
If you're a Webflow pro who can help us level up our site and boost our visibility, we’d love to hear from you. Please send examples of Webflow sites you’ve optimized and a quick note about why you're the right fit.
