Project Overview

We are building a minimalistic v1 of a real-estate investment marketplace using Webflow. The platform includes:

• User authentication

• Protected listings pages

​

• CMS-driven listing detail pages

• Legal-disclaimer footer

• Simple forms and workflows

The Webflow site is our primary MVP, and we want to extend it into iOS and Android mobile apps by wrapping it with Capacitor/Cordova (or a similar WebView framework) to publish on the App Store and Google Play.

We also want a long-term partner who can maintain the Webflow build, integrate light scripts, optimize site speed, add basic filtering, support design updates, and handle future iterations.

What We Need

​

We are seeking a developer who can handle both:

1. Webflow Maintenance & Enhancements

​

• Update styling, structure, and components as needed.

​

• Maintain CMS Collections (Listings, Pricing packages, User-access flows, etc.).

​

• Implement clean class naming conventions (Client-First preferred).

​

• Add/adjust protected pages using Webflow user authentication.

​

• Set up forms, Logic automations, and light custom JavaScript when required.

​

• Optimize for speed, mobile responsiveness, and SEO.

​

• Prepare Webflow project for scalability and future integrations.

1. Mobile App Development (iOS + Android)

​

We want the Webflow site wrapped into a native mobile app using:

• Capacitor (preferred)

​

• or Cordova / React Native WebView / Flutter WebView

​

Deliverables:

​

• iOS native app build

​

• Android native app build

​

• App icons, splash screens, manifest setup

​

• Single sign-on with Webflow Auth (same login flow)

• Basic native enhancements (status bar styling, pull-to-refresh, etc.)

• App Store & Google Play submission

• Build a high-quality WebView-based iOS and Android app that loads our Webflow marketplace.

• Ensure all Webflow auth flows work seamlessly inside the mobile apps.

• Add native app essentials (icon, splash screen, offline handling, in-app browser tweaks).

• Help us get approved on the App Store and Google Play.

​

• Provide instructions for future updates (publishing workflow).

• Support ongoing enhancements to both the Webflow site and the mobile apps.

Ideal Candidate

​

You should have experience in both Webflow and mobile app wrapping. Specifically:

Required:

• 3+ years Webflow development

• Strong understanding of Webflow CMS + Auth

• Experience wrapping Webflow/HTML sites into iOS/Android apps

• Experience submitting and maintaining apps in the App Store and Google Play

• Competence with Capacitor, Cordova, or similar frameworks
