We are a Canadian real estate marketing agency looking for a "Standby" Webflow Publisher.

THE ROLE: We promise our clients a 24-hour turnaround time. Your job is to be the "goalkeeper." You cover the time gap between when our designers finish work and when our morning team starts. You ensure no project sits waiting overnight.

THE SHIFT (Strict Requirement):

​

• Time: 2:00 PM EST – 8:00 PM EST.

​

• Days: We need coverage 7 days a week. We are looking for 2 people who can each work 3 to 5 days per week.

​

• Please only apply if you are naturally awake and productive during these hours.

​

THE PAY (Hybrid Model): We pay per shift. You get a guaranteed base pay for being available, plus hourly pay when we are busy.

​

• Guaranteed Base: $12-$15 USD / Shift. You get this every shift, even if you do 0 hours of work.

​

• Hourly Rate: $6.00 USD / Hour.

​

• How it works: The base pay covers your availability and the first 2 hours of work per day. If a day gets busy and you work more than 2 hours, we pay you the hourly rate for the extra time. We trust you to track your hours accurately.

THE RULES:

​

• Other Work: You are allowed to do other things during your shift. HOWEVER, we are paying for priority. If we send you work during a shift, you must drop everything else and finish our task first.

​

• The "15/30" Rule: When we message you, you must reply within 15 minutes to confirm receipt, and start working within 30 minutes.

​

THE WORK:

​

• Take files from a Miro board and publish them to a Webflow template.

​

• Quality Control: You must be able to spot errors (like spelling mistakes in addresses or wrong links) before publishing.

​

• Basic Tech Skills: Familiarity with Webflow.

​
