Have pivoted my original idea in a new direction, into an AI property app and I now need a very simple “starter” Webflow site that does a decent job of catching folks’ attention while I fundraise.

My budget this time around is pretty restricted – at least until it’s time to develop the site and app properly – so I bought a couple of simple Webflow templates to keep cost down. However, the first contractor I hired hasn’t quite come through for me the way I hoped.

However, the template I like for the new site I'm building (bonshui.ai) is this one: andrews-dark-site-template.webflow.io/ and is based on an obviously pretty similar template: andrews-dark-site-template.webflow.io/

I will be able to provide a package of assets, along with links to both to the Figma site design and the app prototype I’m working on (if needed).

Clearly I'm not up to this myself, otherwise I'd be doing it myself. Like everything else round here!
