Experienced Developer for Figma to Conversion

I’m looking for an experienced Webflow developer to convert ready-made Figma designs into Webflow pages, with a strong focus on:

pixel-perfect visual accuracy

clean, scalable class structure

responsive behavior (desktop / tablet / mobile)

performance and maintainability

The design is already finalized in Figma.

This role is strictly about accurate implementation in Webflow, not redesigning or interpreting the UI.

Responsibilities

Convert Figma designs into Webflow pages with 1:1 visual fidelity

Build clean and reusable class systems

Implement responsive layouts correctly

Add basic interactions/animations if specified

Deliver well-organized, production-ready Webflow projects

Requirements

Proven experience with Webflow (no beginners)

Strong ability to read and implement Figma files

High attention to detail

Ability to follow existing design systems and guidelines

Independent and reliable workflow

Nice to Have

Experience with Webflow CMS

SEO-friendly page structure awareness

Performance optimization best practices
