Project Overview

We’re looking for a skilled Webflow developer to bring our polished Figma designs to life. The site is already fully designed, and we're ready to move into Webflow development. This is not just a pixel-perfect recreation — we're looking for someone who can enhance the layout with smart refinements (margin tuning, alignment tweaks, responsive polish) and implement interactions and animations where appropriate.

The foundation is solid — now we want to bring it to life with movement and precision.

✅ What You’ll Do

Recreate our Figma site design in Webflow

Refine spacing, margins, placement for better flow/responsiveness

Implement animations and interactions (scroll-based, hover, transitions, etc.)

Add parallax or motion elements where appropriate

Structure pages for easy future edits (use components, symbols, etc.)

Apply the design consistently across ~20 pages (lots of overlap and reused components)

🧠 What We’re Looking For

Proven Webflow expertise (show us real work, not templates)

Eye for visual hierarchy, spacing, and responsive design

Experience with Webflow interactions, animations, parallax effects

Fluent communication and quick response time — we move fast and ask smart questions

Comfortable working off of clear, well-organized Figma files

Experience with CMS components is a bonus, but we do not need CMS setup — only design application

~20 pages, though many reuse core components and layout patterns

Figma file is clean, structured, and ready to go

CMS collections exist already — you’ll just need to apply the new design styles
