Webflow Developer + Inbound Marketer (Part-Time, 1099)
Location: Remote in United States (HQ based in Houston, TX)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Webflow Developer with a strong eye for design and front-end execution to support our team on a part-time (1099) basis. This role will be primarily focused on designing and building marketing websites, landing pages, and CMS-driven content systems in Webflow.

In addition to Webflow development, the ideal candidate will contribute to inbound marketing efforts, working under our CMO who will provide strategic guidance. This is a great opportunity for a technically skilled builder with an appreciation for design and a marketer’s mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, build, and maintain polished, responsive websites and landing pages using Webflow.
• Collaborate with our team and clients to translate brand and marketing goals into modern web experiences.
• Optimize Webflow sites for performance, accessibility, and SEO.
• Support implementation of inbound marketing assets such as lead magnets, gated content, and blog templates—guided by strategy from our CMO.
• Assist with minor updates to SEO metadata, email capture forms, and analytics integrations.

Required Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience building websites with Webflow, including CMS and custom interactions.
• Ability to translate Figma or other design tools into Webflow builds. Figma design experience a plus.
• Good understanding of responsive web design and UX best practices.
• Solid working knowledge of performance optimization and basic SEO.
• Comfortable collaborating with a marketing team and interpreting strategy into execution.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and project management skills.

Nice to Have:
• Experience implementing marketing tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and/or Google Tag Manager.
• Light familiarity with content marketing and landing page strategy.
• HTML/CSS knowledge beyond what Webflow provides out of the box.
• Understanding of A/B testing tools and analytics platforms.
