Project Brief – Webflow Website Creation for Passerelle Africa

  1. Project context

Passerelle Africa is a social impact initiative created to respond to a clear need: each year, many young Africans who studied abroad express a strong desire to return and build their careers on the continent. However, many lack structure, visibility, support, and professional networks to successfully make the transition.

Our mission is to build a professional and human bridge between these young people in transition and experienced mentors already established in various industries across Francophone Africa.

The program is 100% free for mentees, and entirely voluntary for mentors

It is based on a give-back mindset: those who already returned to Africa support those who want to come back

Our target audience is young African graduates educated abroad (outside Africa), aged between 21 and 35, with a clear return project (employment or entrepreneurship)

The website will be the official public-facing platform of the program. It should:

  • Inspire trust and credibility

  • Clearly explain the program structure

  • Allow mentees and mentors to apply easily

  • Highlight the profiles of our mentors

  • Provide a dedicated space for schools, clubs, or institutions to collaborate with the initiative

Passerelle Africa is a non-commercial project grounded in values of transmission, commitment, and excellence.

We already have:

  • The domain name secured

  • The logo designed and ready

  • Website content written in both English and French

  • The full site structure outlined

We are now looking for a serious, creative, and reliable Webflow freelancer to help bring this project to life through a clean, professional, responsive website.

  1. Website goals & deliverables

Main goals: Present the initiative, values (give back, excellence, African roots, knowledge transfer) and positioning clearly

Build trust among mentees, mentors, and institutional partners

Organize access by audience type: mentees / mentors / partners

Make it easy to take action (apply, partner, explore mentor profiles)

Convey a modern, accessible, professional, and human identity

This is not a complex technical platform. It’s a content-driven, well-structured site with clean navigation.
