B2B Consultancy Site Refinement
Description
We need an experienced Webflow designer to provide a final design refinement pass on a technology advisory firm's website. The site is fully built and functional—we're looking for someone with a sharp eye to elevate it from "professional" to "premium consultancy."
About the Project
The client is a Deltek Premier Partner serving architecture, engineering, and consulting firms. The website needs to read like BCG, McKinsey, or Korn Ferry—not like a SaaS company or software vendor. Think: restrained, editorial, high-trust.
The structure is complete. We need refinement in:
Spacing and whitespace consistency across sections
Visual hierarchy tightening (ensuring headers, subheads, and body text work together)
Subtle adjustments to create a more "expensive" feel
Review of responsive behavior at key breakpoints
Any small CSS/styling tweaks that would sharpen the overall presentation
What We're NOT Looking For
A redesign or restructuring
New layouts or components
Trendy SaaS aesthetics (gradients, blobs, illustrations)
Heavy use of bold weights or aggressive styling
Ideal Candidate
Portfolio includes work for consulting firms, professional services, or B2B advisory companies
Experience designing sites meant to establish credibility rather than drive conversions
Strong understanding of typography, spacing, and restraint as design tools
Comfortable working in Webflow and making direct edits
Can articulate why something feels off and how to fix it
Deliverables
A brief audit document noting specific areas for improvement (with screenshots)
Direct implementation of refinements in Webflow (we'll provide Editor access)
Short Loom video walking through changes made
Budget & Timeline
Fixed price: $200-400 depending on experience
Timeline: 3–5 hours of focused work, completed within 5 business days
This is a one-time engagement with potential for future work if it goes well
