Mobile Optimization Specialist & Site Maintenance
Website: theorlandoheadshotbooth.com
We are looking for an experienced Webflow specialist to handle ongoing mobile optimization, QA, and site maintenance for a production website used by real customers and event planners.
This is not a one-time redesign. We want a long-term partner who treats mobile UX seriously and validates changes in the real world, not just inside Webflow’s designer preview.
⸻
Critical Requirement (Please Read Carefully)
You must be willing and able to:
• Test the site on real physical devices (not just Webflow preview)
• Validate behavior across multiple screen sizes and breakpoints
• Test on actual phones and tablets (iOS + Android preferred)
• Catch issues that only appear outside the designer (spacing, stacking, font scaling, tap targets, overflow, etc.)
If your workflow is only “looks fine in Webflow preview,” this role is not a fit.
⸻
Responsibilities
• Diagnose and fix mobile layout issues (spacing, stacking, overflow, typography)
• Optimize responsiveness across:
• Small phones
• Large phones
• Tablets
• Desktop breakpoints
• Ensure:
• Clean section stacking
• Proper padding/margins
• Readable text sizes
• Correct button and form behavior
• Ongoing site maintenance:
• Small layout tweaks
• Content updates
• Section adjustments
• QA after new pages or changes
• Proactively flag UX or mobile issues before they become problems
⸻
Required Experience
• Strong expertise with Webflow (production sites)
• Deep understanding of responsive design and mobile UX
• Proven experience debugging mobile issues that don’t show up in the designer
• Ability to explain:
• What the issue is
• Why it happens
• How you fixed it
• Comfortable working with an existing design system (not rebuilding everything)
⸻
Nice to Have
• Access to multiple physical devices for testing
• Experience with:
• Marketing sites
• Conversion-focused landing pages
• High-traffic or lead-generation sites
• Familiarity with Webflow CMS and components
