We are a Vancouver-based rental property management company with an older existing website (built on Joomla) that needs to be transitioned to a modern, mobile-friendly Webflow site using a Webflow template (Propertica).

​

The priority is clean execution, SEO preservation, CMS setup, and cost efficiency. This is not a branding exercise from scratch — we want to reuse and modernize existing content while preserving SEO value.
