The objective is to achieve a sophisticated, contemporary aesthetic that embodies trust and stability, reflecting our 30 years of industry experience, while incorporating dynamic interactions, parallax effects, and an exceptional user experience.

Our intent is to transition from a static layout to a more engaging design. We envision seamless scrolling, synchronized animations, and a refined experience akin to calvisius.com, albeit in a simplified manner without the use of 3D elements. The aim is to integrate background parallax effects and varying content speeds to create a sense of depth.

• Scope of Work:*

1. Design & Layout (Home & Key Sections):

​

• Hero Section: A fixed image accompanied by introductory text or a claim.

​

• Services Split: A distinctive diagonal split-screen layout that delineates our two primary domains: Wealth (Left) and Financial Planning (Right).

​

• Interaction: Upon hovering over either side, the image should exhibit an expansion or zoom effect, and the claim should be interactive.

​

• Key Facts Section: A visually compelling presentation of our statistics (proposals for stock images may be required). Key data points to emphasize include:

• Over $3.7 Billion USD in Assets under Administration.

​

• 30 Years in the Market (to be prominently featured).

​

• Adherence to CFA Institute Code of Ethics.

​

• Customer Service Excellence Awards for the years 2019, 2020, 2022, and 2023.

​

• Uruguay Country Brand certification.

1. Technical Implementation (Webflow):

​

• Comprehensive development utilizing Webflow.

​

• Bilingual Setup: The website must be fully operational in both English and Spanish.

​

• Animations: Integrate parallax backgrounds, scroll-triggered content reveals, and smooth transitions.

​

• Performance: Ensure high compliance with web vitals, adherence to SEO best practices, and a fully responsive mobile design.

​

• Removal: Eliminate the "Aiva +" section and the search bar.

• Deliverables & Process:*

​

• Phase 1 - Design: Presentation of the primary visual proposal.

​

• Phase 2 - Feedback: Two (2) rounds of design modifications are included.

​

• Phase 3 - Development: Complete implementation in Webflow.

• Handoff:* We anticipate maintaining a direct and agile communication channel throughout the project. The successful candidate will take ownership of the project from inception to completion.

• Requirements:*

• Demonstrated experience with Webflow (please submit your portfolio).

• Strong proficiency in UI/UX design (Figma/Adobe XD).

​

• Familiarity with parallax and GSAP/Webflow interactions.

​

• Capability to suggest appropriate stock imagery as needed.
