Senior Designer & Developer for B2B CMS Template

I run an SEO agency, and one of our B2B clients (data annotation services) needs support designing and developing a new CMS Collection template for “Use Case” pages on their existing Webflow site.

I’m looking for an experienced Senior Webflow Designer & Developer who can handle both the Figma design stage and the Webflow implementation stage.

You will:

• Design the new Use Case template (Figma preferred) based on the client’s brand guidelines, site patterns, and direction I provide for each section.

• After design approval, develop the template in Webflow as a reusable CMS Collection template with configurable and optional sections.

• Ensure the final result aligns visually with the existing site, is responsive across breakpoints, and is structured cleanly for ongoing scalability.

This project will begin once the client approves scope. They have already indicated intent to proceed and are aware that I’ll be selecting a Webflow specialist on Upwork for this execution.

I’ll need a rough time estimate from you so I can finalize the scope with the client. It doesn’t need to be exact since there will be variables we can’t fully anticipate yet, but I do need an approximate range to share with them for initial planning.

Once approved by the client, the goal is to begin design within the next week or two and have the full template completed 4 - 6 weeks max after the start date of the project (sooner the better).

----

Requirements:

• Strong portfolio showing Webflow builds (B2B or SaaS preferred, but not required).

• Ability to design in Figma and implement the approved design in Webflow.

• Deep Webflow CMS experience (Collection templates, conditional visibility, Collection lists).

• Strong understanding of layout, hierarchy, and modern responsive design.

• Ability to structure CMS fields so each section (hero, benefits, FAQ, etc.) can be toggled on or off.

• Experience with class frameworks and component-based builds.

----

What to Include in Your Application:

• A short note summarizing your Webflow + Figma experience.

• One example of a CMS-driven template you created (ideally with optional/toggleable sections).

• Your estimated timeline for:

– Design phase

– Development phase

– One revision cycle

• (Optional but helpful) A ballpark hour or cost estimate so I can set appropriate expectations with the client.
