• Routine updates to Webflow CMS collections, pages, and design elements
• Landing page creation for new service lines, lead magnets, webinars, and video content
• Optimizing site structure and load performance (Lighthouse/Core Web Vitals)
• Implementing CRO improvements (clear CTAs, navigation refinement, SEO structure)
• Ensuring ADA accessibility and branding consistency
• Helping troubleshoot and refine forms, integrations & automations
(Webflow → ConvertKit, Analytics, CRM, etc.)

• Strong expertise with Webflow Designer and CMS
• Familiarity with responsive design best practices
• Basic SEO implementation skills
• Experience working with integrations and custom embed scripts
