I’m looking for an automation specialist who is fluent in:

✅ Make.com (Integromat)

✅ Webhook debugging & light code-level troubleshooting

​

This is a debug + repair project, not a full rebuild.

Right now, several (4) of my assessments and lead magnet forms are misfiring, merging, or not sending data correctly into Mailchimp. I strongly suspect multiple forms are sharing the same Make.com webhook, which may be causing the conflict. But I'm not an expert here so need to some help to diagnose and fix it.

-All forms already exist in Webflow

-All automations already exist in Mailchimp

-Make.com is already connected

-The logic mostly work but it’s breaking in key places

What Must Be Fixed

​

I have 4 lead magnets. 3 of them are assessments, one of them is a downloadable. All of them use the same form created in Webflow. They do have different IDs in Webflow though.

When on the landing page for each lead magnet, you fill out the form and are redirected to the next step. Depending on the user category they chose, they will get an automation that corresponds with that choice.

✅ 1. Assessment #1 – Harmony Checkup (Individuals & Business Owners)

✅ Correct automation must trigger every time
