Make.com & CMS Content Automation Specialist
We are building a large-scale geographic authority platform (not a blog, not a directory) and are looking for a Make.com specialist who can operate a content automation system with precision.
This role is not for writers and not for beginners.
You will be responsible for:
Automating article creation
Managing structured content in Google Sheets
Pushing content into Webflow CMS via Make.com
Enforcing strict internal linking and QA rules

Core Responsibilities
1️⃣ Make.com Automation
Build and maintain Make.com scenarios
Pull structured content from Google Sheets
Map fields cleanly into Webflow CMS
Handle conditional logic (draft vs publish, categories, geography)
Prevent duplicates, broken references, or orphaned pages
2️⃣ Structured Content Operations
Work inside predefined Google Sheets
Respect field-level requirements:
H1
H2s
SEO title
Meta description
Geography reference (single)
Category reference (single)
No deviation from structure
3️⃣ Article QA (Mandatory)
Every article must:
Pass a strict QA checklist (provided)
Include exactly one internal link to geography
Include exactly one internal link to category
Contain no sales language, CTAs, or promotional phrasing
Be publish-ready on first pass
4️⃣ Publishing Cadence Control
Publish content in controlled daily batches
Manage draft vs published states
Maintain clean indexing rhythm (no content dumps)
Required Skills (Non-Negotiable)
You must have:
Proven Make.com experience (real workflows, not tutorials)
Experience with Webflow CMS
Strong Google Sheets skills
Understanding of SEO structure (not spam SEO)
Ability to follow strict rules without improvising
High attention to detail
Nice to Have (Strong Plus)
Experience with large-scale content systems (100s–1000s of pages)
Familiarity with:
OpenAI / AI writing APIs
Content QA automation
CMS reference fields & relational data
Prior work on authority platforms, directories, or knowledge bases

Time & Budget
10 hours/week to start - If everything goes well this will be long term relationship
Expected rate: $15–$25/hour

Trial Phase (Important)
Shortlisted candidates will be asked to:
Review a sample Google Sheet
Explain how they would map it via Make.com
Identify potential failure points
No unpaid work.
This is about thinking and competence, not free labor.
