E-Commerce Integration Specialist

Hi,

We are currently setting up a small Webflow E-Commerce shop to sell a few merchandise items alongside our main Webflow website. The shop will launch with 7 products.

In our company, we already use the ERP system Haufe X360. Unfortunately, we recently discovered that there is no direct integration between Webflow and Haufe X360.

That’s why we’re now looking for an alternative solution – and came across Make.com as a potential way to connect the systems.

✅ What we need:

We want to automatically send new order data from Webflow (customer info, products, totals) to Haufe X360 using Make.com and API/webhooks.

✅ Requirements:

  • Strong experience with Make.com

  • Familiarity with the Webflow API and webhooks

  • Knowledge of REST APIs and data transformation

  • Ideally: experience working with ERP systems, especially Haufe X360

  • Reliable communication and independent problem-solving

✅ Deliverables:

  • A working Make.com scenario that connects Webflow E-Commerce and Haufe X360

  • Clean setup and handling of all relevant data (e.g. customer info, products, prices)

  • A short explanation or documentation of the setup

Important: If you know a better or easier way to achieve this integration (e.g. using Shopify Buy Button, other middleware, etc.), we’re very open to suggestions. Our goal is a simple and reliable workflow.
