Landing Page Designer & CRO Specialist for Tech Brand

We’re on the hunt for a talented landing page designer who can deliver high-performing pages that convert. You’ll be working with our marketing team to create visually stunning and CRO-optimized pages on both Unbounce and Webflow.

This role is perfect for someone who blends design thinking with performance marketing expertise. Your work will directly impact user acquisition and brand perception—so attention to detail, design consistency, and UX sensibility are key.

🔧 Required Skills & Expertise

Proven experience designing landing pages on Unbounce and Webflow (please include portfolio links).

Strong understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) principles (e.g. above-the-fold tactics, CTA placement, visual hierarchy).

Ability to translate creative briefs and business objectives into intuitive, user-friendly, and high-converting layouts.

Familiarity with mobile-first design and responsive web practices.

Experience using analytics tools or A/B testing insights to refine designs (a plus).

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

🎯 Deliverables

2–3 custom landing pages (built in either Unbounce or Webflow depending on use case).

Designed with clear structure, engaging copy layout (we’ll provide content), and thoughtful CTA placements.

Mobile responsiveness and UX best practices baked into every design.

Final assets ready to publish, with potential for future collaboration on testing variants and optimization.
