CRM and Ad Integration Specialist
Scope of Work
- HubSpot Integration with Webflow
Install and configure HubSpot Tracking Code in Webflow
Embed an existing HubSpot form (native or via embed code)
Adjust and map all form fields based on the final list
Ensure all submissions sync correctly to HubSpot CRM
Set up lead attribution including source, campaign, and UTM parameters
Optional: configure basic HubSpot automations
- Social Media Integration and Tracking
Platforms include: Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, and Google Ads.
Connect all ad platforms to HubSpot
Set up UTM parameters for campaigns
Ensure HubSpot captures all tracking parameters accurately
Verify each lead shows the correct source, medium, and campaign
Enable conversion tracking and lead syncing across platforms
- Webflow Landing Page Adjustments
Ensure all CTA buttons scroll to the HubSpot form section
Add form submission redirects to a thank-you page
Review spacing, layout, and styling
Ensure full responsiveness on desktop, tablet, and mobile
Optional improvements for better conversion

Ideal Candidate
Solid experience with Webflow
Strong knowledge of HubSpot forms and CRM
Comfortable with tracking, UTMs, and lead attribution
Previous experience integrating Webflow + HubSpot + Ads platforms
