We’re seeking an experienced Webflow developer/designer to audit our current marketing website (built and hosted in Webflow) and recommend improvements to enhance Core Web Vitals performance. This is a short-term contract with the potential for future project-based work.

Qualifications

•Proven experience optimizing Webflow sites for Core Web Vitals.

• Strong understanding of PageSpeed Insights, Lighthouse, and Webflow-specific performance tools.

• Familiarity with lazy loading and CMS optimization.

• Ability to balance technical improvements with brand design and user experience.

• Strong communication skills to explain technical findings clearly.
