Automation Developer for Forms, PDFs, and Constant Contact

I’m looking for a developer to build an automation that connects a Webflow form to a custom PDF generator and Constant Contact integration. This is for a 52 point home buyer assessment form on my website.

Once the form is submitted, I need the data to automatically generate a personalized PDF using a pre-designed Google Slides or PDF template, email the result to the user, and also add the user to my Constant Contact email list with proper tagging.

✅ What will be done and ready:

• The form will be created in Webflow by my designer/developer.

• The PDF design template is complete (built in Google Slides, but can be adjusted to work with your preferred system).

• Constant Contact account is set up and ready for API access.

⚙️ What I need built:

  1. Form Handling

• Capture responses from a 52-question Webflow form.

• Data must be securely passed to the automation backend.

  1. PDF Generation

• Take form answers and populate a branded PDF report using the provided template.

• Prefer Google Slides → PDF generation or a tool like Formstack Documents, Documint, or custom code (Python + ReportLab/WeasyPrint).

  1. Email Delivery

• Email the personalized PDF to the user automatically.

• Send a copy to me (admin email) for internal records.

• Emails should be styled and mobile-friendly.

  1. Constant Contact Sync

• Automatically add the user’s name and email with a tag for segmentation.
