Part-Time UX & SEO Developer

We are looking for a Webflow developer to support ongoing client website builds and SEO execution.

This role is execution focused. All strategy, site structure, keyword targeting, and copy are provided. Your role is to build, implement, optimise, and maintain high quality Webflow websites based on clear instructions and examples.

You will work directly with the founder and receive structured tasks via Active Collab.

What we need help with:

• Webflow development

• Build full websites in Webflow using supplied layouts, content, and hierarchy

• Create and manage CMS collections and templates

• Implement clean, modern UX using provided guidance and reference sites

• Ensure responsive layouts across desktop, tablet, and mobile

• Optimise performance and page speed

• Complete QA before handover

UX and design execution:

• Apply strong UX principles to layouts, spacing, buttons, and imagery

• Improve usability and conversion while following brand direction

SEO implementation and ongoing management

• Implement on page SEO based on supplied keyword strategy

• Publish and manage blog content once approved

• Handle technical SEO including schema markup, site health checks, indexing, and Core Web Vitals

• Run technical audits and implement fixes

• Support backlink execution once strategy is confirmed

• Track performance using SEO tools

Tools

• Webflow

• SEMrush preferred

• Technical SEO tools such as Screaming Frog or similar

• Google Search Console and Google Analytics

• Active Collab for task management

Requirements

• Proven experience building websites in Webflow

• Strong UX and responsive design skills

• Solid technical SEO implementation experience

• Experience with CMS driven websites

• Ability to follow instructions precisely

• Strong attention to detail

Reliable communication and time management

Working arrangement

• Part time role starting at approximately 20 hours per week
