Forms Developer with HubSpot Integration & Secure Uploads Expertise

We’re looking for a senior Webflow developer to build three custom, multi-step forms in Webflow, implemented pixel-perfect from Adobe XD and integrated with HubSpot via the Forms API (no iframe embeds).

This is a conversion-critical project for a premium property investment platform. Design fidelity, clean logic, and reliable integration matter.

Scope of Work

​

You will build the following three forms in Webflow:

​

  1. Book Consultation – Multi-Step Form (Modal)

​

  • Built natively in Webflow (HTML/CSS/JS)

​

  • Pixel-close to Adobe XD (desktop + mobile)

​

  • Multi-step flow with progress indicator

​

Conditional logic:

​

  • Less than £50k → redirect to Investment Readiness Guide

​

  • £50k+ → proceed to consultation options

​

  • Investment timeframe greater than 6 months, proceed to 15 minute consultation

​

  • Investment timeframe less than 6 months, give user option of 15 minute or 45 minute consulutation

​

All conditional logic already built into HubSpot form which has been setup.

​

Timeframe logic routes users to:

​

  • 15-minute HubSpot Meetings link, or

​

  • 45-minute HubSpot Meetings link

​

  • Form data submitted to HubSpot via Forms API

​

  • UTM / attribution fields passed through

​

  • Clean validation, error handling, and success states

​

  • Lives inside an existing modal

​

  1. KYC Form (1–3 pages)

​

  • Custom-styled Webflow form (XD-accurate)

​

  • Fields mapped to existing HubSpot contact properties

​

3 secure document uploads:

​

  • Proof of ID

​

  • Proof of Address

​

  • Proof of Funds

​

  • Files stored securely in Supabase

​

  • File URLs saved to HubSpot properties

​

  • Validation, error handling, mobile-responsive

​

  1. Investor Pre-Qualification Form (4–5 pages)

​

  • Multi-step Webflow form

​

  • Conditional logic between steps

​

  • HubSpot Forms API submission

​

  • Pixel-perfect to XD (desktop + mobile)

​

  • Clean success state and testing

​
