Lead Marketing Operations Manager for Creative Agency

We are hiring a hands-on, senior Webflow Lead & Marketing Operations Manager who can personally build high-conversion landing pages, create performance-focused ad creatives, produce AI-driven videos, and manage ad setup + marketing operations.

This is a full-time (40 hrs/week), long-term contract for someone seeking stability, ownership, and the opportunity to grow within one agency.

This is a hands-on execution role — not management only.

Responsibilities

• Build complete Webflow landing pages (copy → design → development → QA → launch)

• Write conversion-focused copy (headlines, CTAs, value propositions)

• Create expert-level AI videos (Runway, Pika, HeyGen, Synthesia, CapCut, etc.)

• Design ad creatives, carousels, and social graphics

• Set up and manage Meta and/or LinkedIn ads (tracking, targeting, creative testing)

• Run email campaigns and outreach sequences

• Lead client calls, present funnels, and deliver updates

• Set up GA4, pixels, UTMs, and event tracking

• Optimize funnels using performance insights

Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on Webflow development — portfolio required

• Strong UI/UX and conversion-focused design skills

• Excellent copywriting for landing pages and ads

• Expert-level AI video creation (samples required)

• Experience producing ad creatives for Meta/LinkedIn

• Ability to set up and optimize ads on Meta or LinkedIn

• Strong analytics knowledge (GA4, pixels, UTMs)

Confident communicator, comfortable with client-facing work

Extremely independent — able to execute with minimal oversight

Full-time availability aligned with EST time zone.
